I started using customer square about three months ago for my business. Today i can keep track of sales and enquirers from a vacation, create marketing plans sitting at home and inform my customers about the marketing plan using the software's SMS and Emailing features. And moreover my staff remembers all their meetings and every customer who was promised a call back actually gets one now! As a Salon and Spa, it is very important for us to follow up with our clients as well as keep them updated about our services and offers. We, realized the importance of a customer relationship management system, but we also found that most CRM softwares are extremely complicated and very difficult for a layman to use. But customersquare is by far the easiest and the most user friendly CRM we have come across. We have staff at the salon that are not computer literate but are able to do data entry and update the customer information. It is very simple to add new clients, edit information, and send text messages & emails to clients etc. The best feature for us is the loyalty program wherein we offer our clients a membership at the salon and keep them coming back to redeem the points they collect.
Mr. Anil approached us and has been the one point of contact since the beginning which is very convenient incase we have any queries or changes to be made to suit our needs and business model.
